APD: Seven arrested after search warrant is served


ATASCADERO — Seven people were arrested after a search warrant was served Monday morning, March 18, in Atascadero, the Atascadero Police Department reported.

At 7 a.m., the Atascadero Police Department with assistance from the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Department K-9 team served a narcotics-related search warrant in the 5000 block of Olmeda Avenue.

During the service of the warrant, nine people were contacted at the location, which resulted in seven people being arrested, APD reported. The seven arrested subjects were identified as:

— Harmony Duncan, 36, of Atascadero, on suspicion of maintaining a place for using drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Erin Morgan, 33, of Atascadero, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and a warrant.

— Amanda Jimenez, 22, of Atascadero, on suspicion of false impersonation of another.

— Christopher Heinlein, 21, of Atascadero, on suspicion of false impersonation of another and warrant.

— Alejandro Gutierrez, 24, of Atascadero, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Ricki Thompson, 19, of Atascadero, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.

— Abigail Scheiderer, 25, of Atascadero, on suspicion of resisting or delaying a police officer and a warrant.

All subjects were arrested, transported and booked at San Luis Obispo County Jail.
