ATASCADERO — Kennedy Club Fitness-Atascadero is partnering with the Atascadero Chamber of Commerce and City of Atascadero to offer a lifestyle element to this year’s Central Coast Reserve — formerly known as the Atascadero Wine Festival. Kennedy is offering two Pop-Up classes, free and open to the public the morning of the wine festival, Saturday, June 22 in Sunken Gardens. All fitness abilities are welcome.

Kickoff is at 9 a.m. with Party Prep ‘Wine’d’ Up’, 30 minutes of cardio blast to get the heart pumping and calories burning. Yoga ‘Wine’d Down’, follows at 9:45 a.m. with 45 minutes of Yoga strength, stretch and relaxation movements.

Between classes and after Yoga, Kennedy is offering all class participants complimentary cold refreshments including free Mimosas for those 21 and older with I.D. The morning ends with a live drawing for those participants present to win. Prizes include free wine festival tickets, summer membership passes to Kennedy and more.

“We invite all ages and fitness abilities to join us for one or both classes. Besides bringing a towel or Yoga mat, the only other thing you need to bring is an expectation you’re going to have a blast and make new friends,” said Sean Kennedy, General Manager of Kennedy Club Fitness- Atascadero. “It’s free and open to everyone, so just come have some fun down at Sunken Gardens with us.”
