SAN LUIS OBISPO — A six-month women’s leadership program, focused on inspiring, equipping and empowering women to reach their full potential begins this fall. The program is designed for emerging leaders, managers and entrepreneurs looking to develop essential skills to maximize their impact and build strong professional connections.
Through monthly half-day sessions, each of the 16-person cohorts will gain essential skills to transform their leadership and grow their influence. Developed and led by Unlock-Potential, a local, women-owned leadership and development firm, the program will delve into topics such as:
• Setting personal & professional goals
• Identifying areas for leadership growth
• Learning to manage stress, balance life responsibilities and stay productive
• Becoming more self-aware and learning how others perceive you
• Identifying limiting beliefs
• Increasing influence and charisma
The Dolphin Bay Resort cohort will begin meeting on Aug. 22 and the Paso Robles Inn cohort begins on Aug. 28.
