PASO ROBLES — This Sunday, March 5, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Paso Robles Main Street Association will be hosting its 17th Annual Wedding and Special Events Expo.
Held at the Paso Robles Inn Ballroom, 1103 Spring St., the event will feature a wide variety of professional exhibitors who all share a common goal of helping brides and grooms create the most memorable wedding day imaginable.
Event attendees will have the opportunity to shop and compare wedding services from San Luis Obispo County florists, DJs, wineries, caterers, event locations, photographers and many more, said Main Street Association Executive Director Norma Moye.
Bridal shows are more often than not, a fun and effective tool when it comes to wedding planning. While online wedding resources are easily accessible, there is something to be said about the power of face-to-face interaction with potential vendors. At an expo, customers are able to personally have direct, sensory experiences that they simply cannot get any other way.
“(They) can taste the cakes, smell the flowers, listen to the bands, try on wedding jewelry and do so much more,” Moye said.
With the recent jump in temperatures and decent weather, the Paso Robles Main Street Association hopes this year’s event will prove to be yet another successful hit. Over the years the crowds have grown larger and the buzz louder, and this year is gearing up to do the same.
While it can at times be difficult to not get caught up in the excitement, the Paso Robles Wedding Expo is there to cater to different couples’ individual needs and is a great opportunity for them to better prepare for their wedding.
