Atascadero Recreation accepting Spring 2026 contract class and advertising applications

ATASCADERO — The City of Atascadero Recreation Department is now accepting Contract Class proposals and advertisement applications for its Spring 2026 season.

The city is inviting new and returning contract instructors to partner with the Recreation Team to offer a wide range of classes and activities for the community. Programs may be held at city facilities or local parks, with staff support provided for registration, rosters, advertising in the Recreation Guide, and facility space. Individuals with a talent or special interest are encouraged to apply.

The Spring 2026 Contract Class Proposal period runs from Feb. 1 through May 31, 2026. Completed applications must be submitted by Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at 5 p.m. Forms may be mailed, emailed, or dropped off at 5599 Traffic Way, Atascadero, CA 93422.

The department is also accepting advertising applications for the Spring 2026 Recreation Guide. Deadlines include a space reservation deadline of Dec. 19, a camera-ready ad deadline of Dec. 30, and a publication date of Jan. 15, 2026. Ad space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
