Central Coast Funds for Children announces 'All for the Kidz' Gala Fundraiser

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY — Central Coast Funds for Children has announced plans for its annual “All for the Kidz” fundraiser, scheduled for Sept. 19 at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Luis Obispo.

The fundraising gala will feature dinner, dancing, live and silent auctions, and entertainment by the Soul Kool Band. Organizers said proceeds from the event will support 42 nonprofit organizations serving children in need throughout the Central Coast.

The evening will begin at 5 p.m. and include dinner options of wild salmon or filet mignon. The live auction will be led by emcee and auctioneer Ben Abbott.

Tickets will cost $150 and are scheduled to go on sale July 1. Sponsorships and table sponsorship opportunities are also available.

Central Coast Funds for Children is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization that has supported local children and youth programs in San Luis Obispo County for more than 30 years. According to the organization, it has donated more than $2.2 million to local nonprofits through its grant program.
