City releases this year's event calendar

ATASCADERO — The City of Atascadero has released its 2026 Event Calendar, highlighting a full year of community gatherings, signature events, and ticketed experiences for residents and visitors. From dances and craft festivals to summer concerts, holiday celebrations, and Central Coast Zoo activities, there is something for every age and interest.

Some of the events include the Mother & Son Sweetheart Dance (Jan 30–31), Central Coast Craft Beer Festival (Mar 21), Tamale Festival Weekend (May 1–2), Atascadero Lakeside Wine Festival (June 13), 4th of July Music Festival, Cruisin’ Weekend (Aug 21–22), Colony Days Parade (Oct 17), Zoo Boo (Oct 23–24), and Holiday Magic at the Zoo (Dec 19). Ongoing programs like the “Saturday in the Park” Summer Concert Series and seasonal zoo activities provide year-round entertainment.
