Donna McFall 1929-2025

Our beloved mother and grandmother, Donna McFall, passed into glory on December 15, 2025, after a long, good life. Born in Van Nuys, California, in 1929, she married Mac McFall in 1949 and had three children: Stephen, Suzanne, and Gail. In 1957, shortly after they received Christ as their Savior, the family moved to Atascadero, where they made dear friends in the town that soon became home.  Mac worked as a counselor for the local Youth Authority while Donna was a stay-at-home mom, involved with church life in their small faith community.

In 1971, Mac was transferred to Stockton, where they created a new home for their family and joined Swain Oaks (now Quail Lakes) Baptist Church. Donna held staff positions at Swain Oaks and later at First Baptist Church in Lodi, joyfully serving in the choir, Good News Clubs, and especially Women’s Ministries, which she helped to pioneer. She also loved helping people to recognize and share their strengths with the church community. Donna delighted in being grandmother to Candice, Ketia, Mac, Jovanna, and Jesse, to her 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her daughters, Suzanne McFall and Gail (John) Gamez.

Memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Quail Lakes Baptist Church, Stockton, CA.

May her memory be a blessing.
