Letter to the Editor: Re-Elect Heather Moreno for Mayor

I want to encourage all voters to re-elect Heather Moreno for another term as our Mayor. Heather has provided the leadership that our council and community needs. She represents Atascadero on SLO Council of Governments and Regional Transit Authority. Much of our funding and transportation projects come from her representation on these committees.

Also, please support the sales tax increase. Citizens appearing before the City council meetings will bring accountability to spending these funds. Please support and vote for Heather. I know of the responsibilities, which are greater now than when I served as Atascadero's first mayor.
