Residential structure fire contained in Atascadero

ATASCADERO — Emergency crews responded to a residential fire Sunday night in the 9000 block of Santa Clara Road in Atascadero, where firefighters swiftly brought the blaze under control. The fire was limited to the garage, according to the San Luis Obispo County Fire Department, and did not extend into the main living areas of the home.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
