Sheriff’s Office concludes major narcotics investigation in North County

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY — Following a three-month investigation, the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit has arrested multiple suspects and seized large quantities of illegal drugs, cash, and firearms connected to a drug trafficking operation based in Northern San Luis Obispo County.
In May, detectives served several search warrants throughout the county, resulting in the seizure of approximately 3 kilograms of cocaine, 14 pounds of methamphetamine, $80,000 in cash, and 11 firearms. Investigators determined the organization had ties to Southern California and Mexico.
The Sheriff’s Office expressed gratitude to the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney’s Office, County Probation Department, and Atascadero Police Department for their assistance in the investigation.
The following individuals have been charged in connection with the case:

- Bianca Sudias Navarro, 30, Paso Robles
- Carlos Rios, 30, Paso Robles
- Anthony Traverso, 37, Templeton
- Jose Castaneda, 31, Paso Robles
- Zachary Hoyt, 32, San Miguel
- Argenis Zepeda Grande, 29, Paso Robles
- Alexis Nusico Isidro, 29, Paso Robles
Charges include conspiracy, transportation and possession of controlled substances for sale, sales enhancements for large quantities of narcotics, and firearm-related offenses.
