Travis Stutz 1982-2025

Travis Stutz passed away peacefully at Blount Memorial Hospital, with his mother and father by his side, after a short illness, in Maryville, TN, on December 13, 2025, at the age of 43.
Travis was born in Tracy, CA, in August 1982. As a youth in Manteca, CA, Travis played T-Ball, Soccer and Youth Football. In 1994, Travis moved with his family to Paso Robles and started school at Flamson Middle School, continuing with youth football, where he started a bond with his best friends, Joey Molina, Rocky Kimmel, and Kyle Root. He went on to attend Paso Robles High School and graduated in June 2001. Travis was active in sports, his favorites being football and baseball. He was on the CIF Champion Football Team for 3 years, which was a highlight of his high school years.
After graduating from Paso Robles High School, Travis went on to attend 2 years at Cuesta College for welding. He worked for Central Coast Stainless, Paso Robles Waste Disposal and Municipal Water Utility District, City of Paso Robles.
He and good friends Kyle Root and Joey Molina went on to play in the Bearcat Booster Golf Tournaments and Paso Robles Elks Golf Tournaments, many times taking home the winner’s hardware for excellent performance.
Travis was also an avid San Francisco Giants fan, as well as a fan of the Las Vegas Raiders, attending numerous games for both teams. Travis also enjoyed attending the local NRA Dinners with the Molina family on numerous occasions. Many good times were spent with the Molina family going to pool parties, barbeques and skeet shooting, to name a few. Travis loved his time spent at Nacimiento Lake boating and jet-skiing with friends.
In December 2019, Travis and his family moved to Greenback, TN.
Travis is survived by, sons, Easton and Brycen Stutz of Greenback, TN, Sherry Stutz-Steele (mother) of Templeton, CA, Terry Stutz (father) of Greenback, TN, and Ryan and Pam Stutz (brother and sister-in-law) of Arkansas, and nephew Garrett Stutz (nephew) of Arkansas.
A private celebration of life will be held for immediate family and close friends.
