Atascadero Opens Registration for Summer Swim Lessons and Aquatics Programs

ATASCADERO — The City of Atascadero Recreation Department has opened registration for its 2026 summer aquatics programming, including swim lessons, recreational swim sessions, and lap swimming.

Residents can register online or in person at Colony Park Community Center Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration is also available during programming hours at the Atascadero High School Pool.

Drop-in lap swim and recreational swim sessions will cost $5 per participant. Swim passes covering 10 swims will be available for $45 and may be used for both lap and recreational swim programs.

Group swim lesson fees are set at $88 for Atascadero residents and $98.80 for non-residents.

City officials noted that swim passes must be purchased in person at the Colony Park Community Center.

The city also announced a scholarship opportunity for aquatics programs made possible through support from the Kiwanis Club of Atascadero.
