Donna Lee Theis was born and raised in Pennsylvania and recently passed with her loving daughter by her side. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island. After marrying her husband Allen in NY they moved to CA where Donna worked in education and social work. Donna was a member of the ABC Church, Beta Sigma Phi and many other community groups. Donna is survived by her daughter Traci, sister Randi, brother in-law Steve, brother Bill and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband Allen and son Jeff. A celebration of Life will be held at the Atascadero Bible Church on October 24, 2026 at 11 AM.
