Atascadero Chamber opens nominations for Women of Influence North County

ATASCADERO — The Atascadero Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for its Women of Influence North County (wINC) program, which honors women making significant contributions to business, leadership and community service throughout North County.

Nominations opened June 23 and will remain open through July 23 at 11:59 p.m.

Now in its sixth year, the program recognizes women whose leadership and professional achievements help shape the region while often working behind the scenes. Organizers say the initiative is designed to highlight impactful leadership, inspire future leaders and strengthen community connections across North County.

"The Women of Influence Award and Luncheon celebrates the remarkable women of North  County who lead by example," said Ann Little, Atascadero Chamber of Commerce Board  Member. "They let their own light shine without dimming the light of others, and in doing so,  they inspire and empower those around them to do the same."

Three honorees will be selected and recognized at the Women of Influence Luncheon on Sept. 23, at SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Atascadero. Each honoree will share her story and accomplishments during the event, and one will be named the 2026 Woman of Influence, later recognized at the Chamber’s 2027 Annual Awards Gala.

Community members, businesses and organizations are encouraged to submit nominations for women demonstrating leadership, professional excellence and commitment to the North County region.
