When Teresa Rhyne would accompany her significant other on his wine business trips to North County, she realized “there was a need for sophisticated estate and business planning in this growing region” and knew she needed to open an office here. Rhyne founded The Teresa Rhyne Law Group in 2008, and in 2014 the Paso Robles office was established.
“The Teresa Rhyne Law Group is focused on giving our clients a customized estate plan based on the unique needs of each individual client, because every family is unique, every business is unique, and each person’s legacy should be unique as well,” Rhyne says.
The Law Group specializes in Estate and Estate Tax Planning, Trust Administration, Charitable Planning, General Business, and Wealth Protection for their clients. Their goal is to provide clients with a comprehensive estate and wealth protection plan, addressing their specific needs and concerns. “In order to do this, our attorneys personally spend an appropriate amount of time with the client and their other advisors to carefully gather the necessary information and formulate a plan,” she explains.
Having recently purchased a home in Atascadero, Rhyne hopes to see more local clients and continue to provide “the highest level of estate planning and trust administration assistance” throughout SLO County.
In helping the community, Rhyne shows her love of animals as a board member of Loving Farm Animal Sanctuary, and offers pro-bono work for Meade Canine Rescue, Novy’s Ark, and Woods Humane Society. Rhyne also serves on the Professional Advisory Committee for the Community Foundation of San Luis Obispo County, and recently helped co-found the California Central Coast Estate Planning Council, having previously served as the President of the Riverside County Estate Planning Council.
