As a member of the Atascadero Community Band executive board, I would like to clarify the information that has been publicly shared regarding Tuesdays in the Park.
The Chamber of Commerce sponsored events featuring other local nonprofit organizations start Tuesday, June 14, and run through August 2.
However, the Atascadero Community Band will be performing free weekly concerts starting June 7 all the way through August 23. This has been our tradition for almost 30 years, and we are excited to continue providing music for and with our community!
The concerts start at 7 p.m. each week, are free, and last an hour. The donations we receive during the summer comprise the annual budget for our nonprofit band. For more information, please visit atascaderoband.org.
