ATASCADERO — The Atascadero Library, located at 6555 Capistrano Avenue, announced a lineup of programs for all age groups throughout December.

Children’s Programs:

  • Storytimes: Every Wednesday & Thursday at 10:30 a.m., children aged 5 & under are invited to join for captivating stories, songs, and fun.
  • Youth Book Club: Discuss favorite books with treats provided on Saturday, Dec. 2, at 2:30 p.m. Open to grades 4-6.
  • Paws to Read: All ages can read to Jack the therapy dog on Thursday, Dec. 7, at 3 p.m.
  • Board Game Day: A variety of family and strategy games for all ages on Saturday, Dec. 9, from 2 to 4 p.m.
  • Kids’ Craft Club: Make a holiday craft to take home on Wednesday, Dec. 13, at 3:30 p.m. Ages 6-12.

Teen Programs:

  • Teen Scene: Enjoy board games, art, Legos, and more on Friday, Dec. 8, at 2 p.m. Open to ages 10-17.

Adult Programs:

  • Digital Learning — Library Apps: Bring your own device for assistance accessing learning apps and databases every Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Registration required.
  • TMHA Outreach Team: Connect with primary care, recovery, clothing, food, Medicare, shelter, mental health, and more every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
  • Grab and Go Pick Up Party: Choose from a variety of take-and-make crafts on Saturday, Dec. 2, at 10 a.m.
  • Read-a-Latte Book Group: Discuss favorite books over coffee and tea on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 10 a.m.
  • Board Game Day: Enjoy family and strategy games on Saturday, Dec. 9, from 2 to 4 p.m.
