SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY — Cole Charles Corrigan (DOB 10-24-87), former owner of CCC Fitness in San Luis Obispo, has pleaded guilty to two counts of illegally recording patrons within the restroom and being a felon in possession of a handgun. The charges stem from incidents in August 2023, during Corrigan’s ownership of CCC Fitness, which is now closed.

The illegal video recording charges are misdemeanors, while the gun possession charge is a felony. Corrigan, at the time of the surreptitious recordings, admitted to a 2007 felony conviction for possessing narcotics for the purpose of sale.

Following a search warrant executed on September 13, officers discovered Corrigan’s illegal possession of a handgun. As a result of his guilty plea, Corrigan faces 364 days in county jail and formal probation. He is scheduled for sentencing on December 19, in Department 10 of the San Luis Obispo County Superior Court, with the Honorable Jesse Marino presiding.

The case was investigated by the San Luis Obispo Police Department, and Deputy District Attorney Kimberly R. Dittrich from the District Attorney’s Sexual Assault Prosecution Team is handling the prosecution.
