SAN LUIS OBISPO — A San Luis Obispo gym owner has been sentenced to over 300 days in county jail after pleading guilty to illegal video recording two patrons of now-closed CCC Fitness and being a felon in possession of a handgun.

San Luis Obispo City resident Cole Charles Corrigan has been sentenced to serve 364 days in jail following his November 28, 2023, guilty plea to two counts of illegally recording patrons within the restroom of now shuttered CCC Fitness and to being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.
