ATASCADERO — Please be advised that a tree has fallen on Del Rio Road and Monterey Road in Atascadero. The incident occurred when a large branch fell and is now obstructing the street, causing a blockage for traffic heading towards the Highway 101 on-ramps.

The local fire department has been notified and is currently en route to the scene to address the situation.

It was reported that emergency services were notified yesterday of the broken branch and that it was unstable.
