Gary Hetrick of Santa Margarita passed away Thursday July 9, 2020 at home after a long illness.

Gary was born in Pittsburgh, KS in February 1948 to Al and Jayne Hetrick. They moved to Atascadero as a teenager and Gary graduated Atascadero High School. He worked at Atascadero State Hospital until he retired.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. He is survived by his family – Gerry Hetrick, Meggins Hetrick, Willow Robinett, Jason Robinett, Pam Clark, Brook Clark, Richard, and Logan Spinola, Eli and Cheyenne Clark, Corrin, Brent, and Blake Lee, and Julie, Mike, Calli, and Carter Grimes.
