SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY — With another storm in effect, caution is noticed for wind and floods, as well as road closures. For San Luis Obispo (SLO) County, the National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a flood watch warning now through Wednesday, March 22 at 5 p.m. In addition, there is a wind advisory until 11 p.m. tonight, and coastal flood warning through March 22 at 11 p.m.
