ATASCADERO — The Atascadero Community Band struck a chord of community spirit last week at their 2023 Holiday concert with a melody of sharing and giving. The band is delighted to announce a donation of $1,003 to Resilient Souls, embodying their mission to share not just music, but goodwill with the community. The funds were a result of donations from the generous audience at the concert, who also had the opportunity to raise their voices in the annual sing-along of holiday tunes.
“This concert was magical,” saud trombonist Kent Cope.
This donation underscores the band’s dedication to making a positive impact in the community through music and the support of important local causes.
